Our licensed home inspectors are experienced, knowledgeable, and committed to providing thorough, easily understandable inspections and reports that can be used in negotiations and beyond. While we’re incredibly thorough, we’re not nit-picky, and we know the difference between a “material defect” and an easy fix. 

Most new homes come with a 1 Year warranty against any building materials and workmanship. We will even come out for a discounted follow up 11 month inspection to find any issues that arose in that first year, so you can get it fixed while still under your homeowner's warranty

We are able to provide an entire termite inspection with every home or commercial property inspection. Termites wreak havoc on your property, and could prevent the purchase or sale of your next property. If you suspect you might have termites or are not able to identify if a pest is actually a termite or not, give us a call and we can stop by for a $100 termite inspection.

Home inspections are necessary, but not all home inspections are equal. This allows us to provide faster inspections, get the reports to our clients within 24 hours, save our clients money, and put them in the best position possible for negotiations.

That doesn’t mean you want to — or have to — pay full price for two separate inspections.
