Our residential inspections typically run 2-3 hours, and our dependable professionals work quickly and professionally to evaluate every aspect of the home, from the chimney top to the water heater and basement/crawl space. While we’re incredibly thorough, we’re not nit-picky, so you won’t have to worry about your sale/purchase being delayed because of some minor, easily repairable issue.
